Iran, June 10, 2020—The daily revelation of the Iranian Resistance internal network on the coronavirus crisis in Iran has become a source of information for many across the globe and has increased regime internal conflicts.
The Iranian regime’s Health Ministry announced on Tuesday June 9, the dismissal of its spokesperson Kianoush Jahanpour, another clear sign of the regime’s failed strategy and policy based on systematic fake statistics and propaganda.
Reason for Jahanpour’s dismissal

Jahanpour’s latest remarks could be the reason for its dismissal. The Health Minister Saeed Namaki said in his dismissal order that “Jahanpour needed to coordinate with me, before saying things in the media.”
Perhaps Jahanpour's remarks in response to the remarks of Minoo Mohrez, a member of the regime's Coronavirus Task Force committee, were decisive in this regard. Minoo Mohrez has said that 20 percent of Iranians are infected with the coronavirus. In response to a reporter's question about this figure, Jahanpour said: "No, the correct figure is less than 10 percent." If we consider Jahanpour’s 10 percent or less, the result will be 7.5 million infected people, and if we consider the death rate based on 3%, the death toll will be 225,000. Therefore, Jahanpour's acknowledgment, which reveals some of the facts, has dealt a heavy blow to the propaganda and lying machine of regime president Hassan Rouhani.
The regime’s strategy of falsified numbers and statistics has failed due to daily information published by the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), obtained by its internal network. As a result, even the regime’s officials hesitate to confirm the fake official statistics.
MEK expands its activities inside of Iran

The Iranian regime’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei had earlier mentioned that he aims to turn the coronavirus threat into an opportunity and the Iranian Resistance Units, MEK’s network inside Iran, are poised to prevent the regime from making the coronavirus outbreak another excuse to continue its rule.
The daily activities of the Iranian Resistance Units across Iran continued on Tuesday June 9, Monday June 8, and Sunday June 7. The Resistance Units have been organizing various activities that are louder calls for regime change, which is the ultimate solution to solve any crisis in the country. The Resistance Units bravely took to graffiti in public places in cities such as Tehran, Kermanshah, Isfahan, Shiraz, Astaneh-ye Ashrafiyeh, Shushtar, Hamadan, Karaj, Hashtpar (Gilan), Takestan, Tabriz, Ahwaz, Qazvin, Massouleh (Gilan), Saveh, Kerman, Mashhad, Urmia, Bushehr, Yazd, Chalus, and Sari with the slogan “Down with Khamenei, damn Khomeini,” “We will stand tall as high as the flag of the Lion and Sun,” “Rise up to overthrow the regime of the Supreme Leader,” and “Down with Khamenei and Rouhani who are the cause of the coronavirus.”
Public outrage against the IRGC Basij bases and regime looting centers

In recent days, the brave and defiant Iranian youth torched a center of the spread of fundamentalism in Saveh and the entrance sig of an IRGC Basij base in Kermanshah. Meanwhile in Karaj and Isfahan banners of regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini were burned. The Basij, a subsidiary of the terrorist designated Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), is a force detested by the Iranian people for its role in cracking down on protests and demonstrations such as the November nationwide uprising.

Honoring Marjan's four decades of staunch resistance

The MEK Resistance Units also paid tribute to Marjan, a popular singer and former political prisoner, who died in a hospital in Los Angeles on June 6. The tragic event marked the end of Marjan's four decades of staunch resistance against the most vicious tyranny in Iran’s history. Because of her support for the MEK, Marjan was arrested and imprisoned by the mullahs’ regime in the 1980s. During her years in prison, despite torture and mistreatment by prison authorities, Marjan remained persistent in her ideals and support for freedom and democracy in Iran. After fleeing Iran in the early 2000s, she joined the PMOI/MEK and the Iranian Resistance. For two decades, she was the inspiring voice of Iran’s oppressed women and girls. In the dark of the night, her voice gave glad tidings of the looming dawn.
Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi based his strategy on “resistance units” inside Iran, with the objective of establishing units inside the society and forming a bond between the files of this revolution with the ranks seen in the central core of this movement, being the PMOI/MEK.
The PMOI/MEK and the organized Iranian Resistance movement are realizing the overthrow of the mullahs’ regime. The Iranian Resistance Units played a key role and had a major impact on nationwide uprisings of December 2017 and November 2019 that shook the Iranian regime in its entirety. This brave and young generation is an extension of the more than 120,000 MEK members who have sacrificed their lives for freedom in more than five decades and are realizing the overthrow of the mullahs’ regime.
