PMOI Resistance Units across Iran spread the message of “Women, Resistance, Freedom”

In a noticeable escalation of Iranian resistance activities, many Iranian cities have witnessed an intensive movement by PMOI Resistance Units, reflecting an unabating determination to confront the mullahs’ regime. These activities, varying from distributing banners to writing slogans on walls, embodies the spirit of uprising and resistance against the repressive policies and regional interventions of the Iranian regime.

In the capital, Tehran, the events were distinguished by distributing banners bearing the image and slogans of Iranian Resistance leader Masoud Rajavi, announcing “the uprising” on the forty-third anniversary of the longest and most complex resistance movement in Iran’s history. These banners, carrying messages like “No to the Shah and no to the Mullahs,” call for renewing the determination to liberate the Iranian people from the clutches of the current regime and rejecting the return to the previous dictatorial regime.

Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), was also strongly present in these campaigns through publications highlighting her image with slogans affirming that “the year 1403 Iranian calendar is the year of the uprising” and emphasizing that “the only solution for this regime is its overthrow.”

Besides Tehran, the city of Karaj witnessed the distribution of pictures of Masoud Rajavi and Maryam Rajavi with slogans calling for “uprisings and rebellion,” declaring the necessity of organized resistance to overthrow the regime. Similar activities were seen in the cities of Arak and Mahalat in Markazi province, asserting that “freedom is the goal of Iran’s spring” and that “a popular democratic revolution in Iran is inevitable and certain.”

In the northern part of Iran, in Fuman and Lahijan, banners and pictures of resistance leaders were also distributed under the slogan “Women, Resistance, Freedom,” highlighting the vital role of women in the struggle against injustice.

From the east to the center, from Kashmar to Shahrekord and from Babol to other cities, calls for women’s freedom and the importance of uprising and resistance were repeated, highlighting the wide scope of the movement against the regime and affirming the pivotal role of women in this struggle. These activities symbolize the Resistance’s emphasis on the pivotal role of women in the struggle against injustice. The Resistance Units count many girls and women in their ranks, and they have played a pivotal role in organizing protests against the regime despite the regime’s misogynistic nature and its aggressive policies toward women, especially those who support the PMOI.

These organized and varied activities reflect an unwavering determination on the part of the Iranian Resistance Units to challenge the authority of the regime, expressing their hope for a new dawn for Iran to rise from the ashes of repression and tyranny, towards a future dominated by peace and freedom.

These organized efforts come as the regime is engaged in a mass campaign to demonize the PMOI, the main opposition group, in the face of the Resistance movement’s growing support and influence inside Iran. The regime has resorted to publishing books, articles, movies, and TV series aimed at discrediting the Iranian Resistance, while also imposing harsh prison sentences on supporters of the PMOI and families of Iranian Resistance members.

However, despite the regime’s repressive measures, the ranks of the Resistance Units continue to expand, proving the failure of the regime’s efforts to suppress the Iranian people’s desire for change and a democratic future. The resilience and determination of the Resistance Units to keep the flame of freedom alive in Iran serves as a testament to the Iranian people’s unwavering commitment to their struggle for a just and democratic society.
