More Iran regime centers set on fire by PMOI/MEK network

Iran, March 18, 2019 – Centers of oppression imposed by the mullahs ruling Iran are being targeted more than ever before by members of “Resistance Units,” a network associated directly to the Iranian opposition group People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK).

Members of Resistance Unit 106 in Rasht, northern Iran, set fire to the entrance of a Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) Basij base.

 

 

In Zahedan, southeast Iran, members of Resistance Unit 168 set fire to a poster containing images of regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini and current Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

 

 

Members of Resistance Unit 988 in Dezful, southwest Iran, set fire to a regime seminary used to spread the mullahs’ filthy ideology. This was in response to a statement issued by the PMOI/MEK for more protests marking the annual Fire Festival, celebrated on the last Tuesday night of the Iranian calendar year (March 19 this year).

 

 

In Tehran, the country’s capital, members of Resistance Unit 642 set fire to a Khamenei billboard while chanting, “Death to Khamenei – Hail to Rajavi,” in reference to Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi and opposition President Maryam Rajavi, head of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

 

 

Members of Resistance units 202, 710 and 712 in West Azerbaijan Province, northwest Iran; Resistance Unit 414 in Urmia, northwest Iran; set fire to IRGC bases.

 

 

Members of Resistance Unit 35 in Tehran; Resistance Unit 590 in Urmia; Resistance Unit 444 in Shiraz, south-central Iran; set fire to Khomeini/Khamenei posters.

 

 

In Tehran and Semnan, members of resistance units put up Massoud Rajavi posters and pledged to continue their struggles under his leadership.

Members of Resistance Unit 798 in Borujerd, western Iran; resistance units in Sari, northern Iran; Shaheen Shahr, central Iran and Khuzestan Province, southwest Iran, put up signs reading various slogans such as, “We answer fire with fire.”

A number of Resistance Units in Shiraz, south-central Iran; Khorramabad, western Iran; Khuzestan Province; Karaj, west of Tehran; Babol, northern Iran; Tehran and Bandar Kong, southern Iran, took to graffiti writing a variety of anti-regime slogans, including, “Death to Khamenei – Hail to Rajavi.”

Other resistance units members in Urmia, northwest Iran; Sanandaj, western Iran; Karaj; Eslamshahr, southwest of Tehran, took to a variety of measures to spread the message of resistance against the mullahs’ regime. This especially included the PMOI/MEK statement calling for more protests marking the annual Fire Festival.

Resistance unit members in Tehran, Mashhad, northeast Iran, and Arak, central Iran, visited the graves of various martyrs to place flowers and pay their respects. It is a tradition in Iran to visit the graves of your loved ones prior to the new calendar year.

Resistance unit members in Saveh, central Iran; Kermanshah, western Iran, and Shiraz, south-central Iran, set fire to images of Khomeini and Khamenei.
