The Iranian regime reopened schools on Saturday, September 5, despite warnings from many health experts that by reopening schools, social distancing is not possible in dense classrooms and will lead to a new rise of coronavirus cases. Reopening schools will not only result in students contracting the virus, but also places their families at risk.

“It was not at all an appropriate decision to reopen schools. We should be expecting a new wave of illnesses after recent trips and various ceremonies during which some people abided by health protocols and some did not,” said Minoo Mohraz, a member of the National Covid-19 Task Force.
