In August 2026, defying the regime’s severe repression and a wave of executions following recent uprisings, political prisoners in Ghezel Hesar and Central Karaj prisons sent messages of support to the 30th national telethon of Simay-e Azadi (INTV), the television network of the Iranian Resistance.
The ability and willingness of political prisoners to communicate with a banned opposition network from inside the regime’s most notorious prisons proves that the regime’s campaign of terror has utterly failed to break the morale of the Iranian resistance.
Simay-e Azadi relies entirely on donations from the Iranian people—both inside and outside the country. This financial support guarantees the political independence of a movement that relies solely on the will and capacity of the people and is not dependent on foreign powers.
During the 30th telethon, citizens took immense risks to contribute. A courageous member of the Resistance Units from Isfahan contacted the network, stating they proudly donated 100 million rials for the organization’s telethon, wishing for the freedom of Iran through the Iranian Resistance and sending their greetings to Resistance leaders Massoud and Maryam Rajavi.
Another Resistance Unit member sent a message saying they were ready to skip a daily meal to ensure the network’s lights remain on. Contributing financially to this telethon is not just a monetary donation; it is an active campaign that means saying “no to the dictatorship of the Shah and the mullahs, no to the Immortal Guard (Gard-e Javidan) and the hated IRGC.”

In their letters, prisoners emphasized that INTV is the only network in a commercialized world that broadcasts the defense statements of fallen heroes, such as “Commander Vahid” (PMOI martyr Vahid Bani Amerian), and the fiery operations of the Resistance Units.
For prisoners who refuse to surrender their beliefs, Simay-e Azadi holds a “special sanctity” because it is the sole reliable platform that echoes the true demands of the Iranian people, the testaments of martyrs, and the sacrifices of the Resistance Units. The network serves as a beacon of hope and a guiding light through the regime’s deceit and darkness, proving crucial in what political prisoner Ali Moezzi describes as the year of the “ultimate battle” and the final reckoning for this treacherous regime.
The regime’s ongoing use of executions has backfired. In his letter, political prisoner Loghman Aminpour directly addresses the regime’s new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, and the regime’s executioners, stating he will sacrifice his life with his “skin, flesh, and bones” to overthrow the velayat-e faqih (absolute clerical rule) regime.
🚨 Message from Ghezel Hesar Prison for Simay Azadi’s 30th Telethon
In a message from Ghezel Hesar Prison, political prisoner and PMOI supporter Loghman Aminpour, imprisoned for nearly a decade, expressed his support for Simay Azadi’s Telethon:

Prisoners reiterated the core slogan of the Iranian uprisings, praising the Liberation Army’s operations that target the regime with the chant: “Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Supreme Leader.” Instead of silencing the youth, the executions have fueled the “fiery resolve” of political prisoners, transforming the grief over executed martyrs into a relentless drive to establish a provisional democratic republic.
Every rial, dollar, or euro donated to the Iranian Resistance’s network is a testament to the national solidarity of the Iranian people. It serves as a direct shot at the core of the absolute clerical rule. This surging wave of national support guarantees the comprehensive equipping of the media of the overthrow—a bridge that will lead the captive nation out of the winter of dictatorship and into the spring of a free Iran.

Message of political prisoner Ali Moezzi from Ghezel Hesar Prison:
In the year of the ultimate battle and the final reckoning for this treacherous and bloodthirsty regime, our contributions and support in this 30th telethon must be quantitatively and qualitatively different from the past.
Greetings to Simay-e Azadi and its operators; you are our pride and honor.
Simay-e Azadi represents the continuation of 120 years of struggle for freedom, independence, and equality. It represents this popular media from Sattar [Khan] and Mirza [Kouchek Khan] to Mossadegh, Hanifnejad, and Rajavi up to the present day.
Simay-e Azadi is our guide through doubts, darkness, and distortions; it is hope amidst despair. At this critical juncture, the role of this popular media is exponentially greater, for this is the year of the war of wars and the final reckoning for this treacherous and bloodthirsty regime, with plots, roadblocks, and obstacles ahead.
Dear friends, under current conditions, our contributions and support in this 30th telethon must be quantitatively and qualitatively different from the past, so that the organized resistance, the National Liberation Army, the PMOI supporters, and the companions of the resistance, alongside the popular uprisings, can bring ultimate victory to fruition.
I ask God Almighty for the ever-increasing success of the producers of Simay-e Azadi’s life-giving programs.
May the provisional Democratic Republic be established.
Endless tributes to the pure souls of the martyrs of the Resistance Units.
Ali Moezzi – Ghezel Hesar, August 2026
Message of anonymous PMOI supporters from Ghezel Hesar and Central Karaj Prisons:
In the name of God and the heroic people of Iran.
Greetings and salutations to the organizers, guests, and all those involved in the 30th telethon of Simay-e Azadi:
The Simay-e Azadi telethon showcases an aspect of the political, financial, and military independence of the organized resistance of Iran’s new revolution, including global campaigns and the units of the Liberation Army.
This is a resistance that, under the guidance of Maryam Rajavi and Massoud Rajavi, has intertwined politics with honor and ethics, transforming the nature of power and promising a bright future.
And now, Simay-e Azadi, this entirely popular media relying on honesty and sacrifice, is the proud voice of such a resistance and the voice of our people in chains.
For us, the steadfast political prisoners, Simay-e Azadi holds a special sanctity because it reflects the messages, roadmaps, testaments, renewals of vows, and defense statements of prisoners, as well as those who were hanged and the martyrs of the PMOI Resistance Units.
On the other hand, it echoes the roar of the operations by Resistance Units and National Liberation Army units as loudly as possible. Truly, in this commercialized world, what other media beside Simay-e Azadi would broadcast the defense statements of Commander Vahid or the fiery operations of the Liberation Army units with the slogan ‘Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or the Supreme Leader’?
We encourage our compatriots inside and outside the country to rise in support of Simay-e Azadi in this 30th telethon, whether through financial assistance or by sending content. Because supporting Simay-e Azadi is supporting the people’s front and national solidarity, and its blessings will return to the people by accelerating the regime’s overthrow.
May the provisional Democratic Republic be established.
Hail to Rajavi.

Ghezel Hesar and Central Karaj Prisons, August 9, 2026
Message of political prisoner Loghman Aminpour from Ghezel Hesar Prison:
From the slaughterhouse of heroes and rebels in Ghezel Hesar, I send boundless greetings to the people of Iran, the Resistance Units, PMOI members in Ashraf, and Iranian Resistance supporters who always shine in these fundraising campaigns.
I, too, undoubtedly felt the need to send a message to Simay-e Azadi, the true reflection of the Iranian people.
After nearly a decade in prison, I am ashamed that I cannot provide you with financial assistance. But I will sacrifice my life—with my skin, flesh, and bones—for the overthrow of the sinister velayat-e faqih regime so that our beloved homeland may be freed.
I spent many days and years in prison with my dear Commander Vahid and his other martyred companions. And I will forever keep in my mind and heart the moment they bid farewell to go to the gallows. From their fighting spirit and wholehearted embrace of the noose, to their love for the people and our captive homeland, and their thousands of plans for the rebuilding of a free Iran.
Therefore, it would be forbidden for me to ever forget their path, their identities, and their ideals.
To the regime’s executioners and ‘King Mojtaba,’ [Mojtaba Khamenei] I say that executing and massacring rebellious youth will not cure your pains; it will only add to our fiery resolve.
So fight, so that we may fight…
I swear by the blood of the companions, we will stand until the end.
