While Iran’s regime struggles in the quagmire of the upcoming sham presidential elections following the death of Ebrahim Raisi, PMOI Resistance Units have carried out 10,000 activities in anticipation of the annual Free Iran Rally.
By installing and raising placards, conducting small street parades, and widely distributing leaflets, the Resistance Units have brought slogans are raising awareness on the boycott of the regime’s elections, the “Woman Resistance Freedom” campaign, and Maryam Rajavi’s ten-point plan for the future of Iran.
Other examples of these slogans and distributed phrases in cities across the country include:
“The vote of the Iranian people is to overthrow the regime.”
“No to the fake election, yes to Maryam Rajavi.”
“No to the election farce, yes to a democratic republic.”
“Khamenei’s dreams burned and turned to ashes with Raisi’s death.”
“No to compulsory government – No to compulsory religion – No to compulsory hijab.”
“No to the Supreme Leader, yes to popular sovereignty.”
“There is no place for elections in this regime; it’s time for an uprising.”
“The era of religious tyranny in Iran has ended.”
“The blessed spring of Iran is on the way with the struggle of rebellious women and men.”
“Iranian women should take the helm of leadership in a democratic Iran of tomorrow.”
“Onward to the democratic revolution with Maryam Rajavi’s ten-point plan.”
“No to the Supreme Leader, yes to popular sovereignty in a free republic.”
“The democratic revolution of the Iranian people will end religious despotism.”
These revolutionary activities, which are rapidly continuing, are happening while the mullahs’ regime uses every means to suppress dissidents, and the IRGC is hunting for members of the Resistance Units. Just a few months ago, regime forces brutally threw a young street cleaner off a pedestrian bridge and killed him, suspecting he intended to install a banner or vandalize regime symbols.
Despite the intense security measures and hundreds of thousands of cameras the regime has deployed in cities across the country, the activities of the heroic Resistance Units have seen significant growth on the eve of the Free Iran Rally.
With their activities in Tehran, Shiraz, Isfahan, Karaj, Babol, Amol, Ramsar, Arak, Eslamshahr, Bandar Abbas, Saqqez, Mahabad, Tabriz, Urmia, and many other cities, they welcomed the Free Iran Rally.
The first series of these activities, which included a thousand intensive nationwide activities to introduce the democratic alternative, was carried out a day before the death of Raisi (May 18, 2024). After Raisi’s death, the operations and activities of the Resistance Units increased significantly.
The Resistance Units, in 10,000 revolutionary activities across the country, echoed the message of the largest, longest, most complex, and bloodiest organized resistance in Iran’s history with the central slogan of “No to Shah, no to mullahs” against dictatorship and tyranny of any kind.
