Iran, September 24, 2019—As regime authorities continue to oppress the Iranian people and especially any voice of dissent, members of “Resistance Units,” a network affiliated directly to the Iranian opposition group People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), are escalating their efforts and voicing their utter dedication to topple the mullahs’ regime.
Members of Resistance Unit 313 in the city of Amol, northern Iran, placed an image of Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi on a pedestrian bridge.
In Ahvaz, southwest Iran, members of Resistance Unit 530 commemorated the PMOI’s 54th founding anniversary by placing a poster of the PMOI symbol on a pedestrian bridge.
Members of Resistance Unit 161 in Karaj, west of Tehran, also commemorated the PMOI’s 54th founding anniversary by putting up a poster.
Members of Resistance Unit 216 in Khoramshahr, southwest Iran, put up a poster quoting Iranian opposition President Maryam Rajavi, head of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). “We will take back and rebuild Iran,” the line reads.
In Tehran, members of Resistance Unit 216 put up a poster of Maryam Rajavi with a quote reading, “Each university and school are a resistance center against the dictatorship and this struggle is for freedom.”
Members of Resistance Unit 854 in Tehran also placed a large image of Maryam Rajavi on the Damavand highway heading north of the city.
At the entrance of the city of Arak in western Iran, members of Resistance Unit 616 put up a large image of Mrs. Rajavi with a quote reading, “Rise up to overthrow the mullahs’ regime.”
Members of Resistance Unit 692 put up an image of Maryam Rajavi on the Kermanshah highway in western Iran with a quote reading, “Brave students, professors and teachers across the country are seeking an end to the mullahs’ regime who are also in enmity with knowledge and freedom.”
In Urmia, northwest Iran, members of Resistance Unit 868 put up an image of Mrs. Rajavi with a line reading,
“Freedom, equality and democracy with Maryam Rajavi.”
This image was placed on the wall of an administrative building in this city.
Members of Resistance Unit 300 in Mashhad, northeast Iran, put up images of Mrs. Rajavi with a quote reading, “Each university and school are a resistance center against the dictatorship and this struggle is for freedom.”
In Isfahan, central Iran, members of Resistance Unit 183 put up a poster quoting Maryam Rajavi, “Rise up to continue the protests and uprising to free Iran of the mullahs’ occupation.”
Members of Resistance Unit 700 in Rezvanshahr, northern Iran, splashed paint on a propaganda poster portraying images of regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini and current Iranian regime Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
In Shiraz, south-central Iran, members of Resistance Unit 664 put up an image of Mrs. Rajavi on a university campus with a quote reading, “Students across the country should turn all schools into centers of protests and revolt.”
In Kohgiluyeh & Boyer Ahmad Province, members of Resistance Unit 321 destroyed posters of Khomeini and Khamenei at the entrance of various villages.
In Gachsaran, members of Resistance Unit 898 also destroyed a Khomeini/Khamenei poster.
