Reported by PMOI/MEK

Iran, June 27, 2019 – As tension mounts between Iran’s regime and the West over the mullahs’ malign activities in the region, more and more cities in Iran turn up against the regime’s inability to answer the needs of the public and more people from all walks of life take to streets to condemn the regime and demand their rights. Wednesday was the scene of a number of protests and rallies across Iran.

Students of Science and Industry University in Tehran rallied to protest the discriminatory policy of segregating gender in the university library, cafeteria, and other sections.

The students, during their rally, were carrying posters and placards reading “gender segregation in cafeteria, library, and classes!! is an insult to the students’ intelligence”, and “no to making the campus in to a military base or dealership, and hail to university” and “your solutions are our problems.”
