Iran, Jan. 1, 2019 - Members of Resistance Units, a network affiliated to the Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) across the country are seen putting up posters and other images of martyrs associated to the Iranian resistance movement.
Members of a resistance unit in Lorestan Province, west of Iran, took to graffiti writing “Death to Khamenei (referring to Iranian regime Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei) and Hail to Rajavi,” referring to opposition leader Massoud Rajavi and opposition President Maryam Rajavi.
Members of Resistance Unit 556 in Mashhad, northeast Iran, put up posters of various uprising martyrs with subtitles marking their courage.
Members of Resistance Units 489 and 596 in Tehran put up posters of various martyrs to commemorate their bravery and vow to continue their path until the mullahs’ overthrow.
A member of a resistance unit visited the gravesite of one such martyr also pledging to continue this path and bring an end to the regime that has brought nothing but misery for the Iranian people during the past four decades.
A resistance unit in Kazerun, southern Iran, also took to graffiti to write, “Death to Khamenei” in a number of areas across the city.
In Omidiyeh, southwest Iran, members of a resistance unit wrote the following chants in graffiti, “Hail to Rajavi, Shah-Sultan-Velayat, your death is near.”
Members of a Resistance Unit in Sabzevar, northeast Iran, wrote: “Death to Khamenei – Hail to Rajavi; Massoud Rajavi: The fire of uprisings will not be put out.”
A resistance unit member in Kermanshah, western Iran, also took to graffiti and wrote, “College students will not accept living in shame – Death to Khamenei – Hail to Rajavi.” This resistance unit also sent a message in memory of the ten individuals who lost their lives recently in a bus accident in Tehran.
