Iran: PMOI/MEK network intensifying anti-regime activities

Iran, Jan. 22, 2019Members of Resistance Units, a network linked directly to the Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), are carrying out new measures in dozens of cities across the country.


In Ahvaz, southwest Iran, members of a resistance unit put up posters of Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi with subscripts reading the fire of ongoing protests will never be put down.

Members of Resistance Unit 655 in Tabriz, northwest Iran, raised a poster marking January 20, the 40th anniversary of Massoud Rajavi’s release from the prisons of the shah’s dictatorship back in 1979.

In Isfahan, members of resistance units raised similar signs marking this historical day. Massoud Rajavi posters were put up in various parts of this city reading, “People of the world should know Massoud Rajavi is our leader.”

Members of Resistance Unit 571 put up more Massoud Rajavi posters in Zahedan, southeast Iran, also marking this occasion.



Members of another resistance unit in this city raised Massoud Rajavi posters and chanted slogans in his support, saying “People of the world should know Massoud Rajavi is our leader.”

In Arak, central Iran, Massoud Rajavi posters were seen in various parts of the city with subscripts including, “Death to [Iranian regime Supreme Leader Ali] Khamenei – Hail to Rajavi – Victory is ours.”

In Neyshabur, northeast Iran, resistance units members also put up Massoud Rajavi posters and took to graffiti to write, “Hail to Rajavi” and “Death to Khamenei.”



Members of a Resistance Unit 455 in Mahshahr, southwest Iran, were also seen celebrating this day.

In Shiraz, south-central Iran, members of a resistance unit put up Massoud Rajavi posters with subscripts reading, “Death to Khamenei – Hail to Rajavi.”
