Reporting by PMOI/MEK
Iran, December 6, 2019—Iranian regime judiciary chief Ebrahim Raisi, in a recent visit to Isfahan, central Iran, shed light on the mullahs’ future plans to further restrict the Iranian people’s access to the internet as a prelude for more deadly crackdown measures.
“Many of our problems will be resolved if the national information network is activated. This is a necessity we will seriously pursue. All departments are obligated to follow the leader’s orders. And when we see the recent riots, we further realize its importance and role,” Raisi said according to a report wired on December 4 by the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) affiliated Fars news agency.
In his remarks to the IRGC Basij paramilitary forces Raisi said, “You defeated our enemies’ conspiracy and today our country is secure against this plot aimed to create insecurity… those who were behind this insecurity… should face justice.”
With the appointment of Ebrahim Raisi as the justice chief, the regime has effectively turned its prisons into centers for the torture and annihilation of prisoners.#Iran#HumanRightshttps://t.co/X16ckrHXy9

During Raisi’s stay in Isfahan, members of the Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) Resistance Units network were busy spreading the message of this resistance movement.
Banners of Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi were put up by resistance units members insisting the November uprising will continue until freedom is established across Iran.
Various signs were put up around the city quoting Massoud Rajavi emphasizing the common enemy of nations in Iran, Iraq, Yemen and Syria is none other than the mullahs’ regime.
Other resistance units and MEK supporters took to graffiti to write:
“Raisi is the murder of the 1988 massacre,” referring to his direct role as a leading figure behind the summer 1988 massacre that left over 30,000 political prisoners executed, mostly being MEK members and supporters.
“Raisi get lost! Isfahan is no place for murderers!”
“Death to Raisi”
“Shame on you Raisi, you murderer”
“We answer fire with fire. Death to Raisi!”
“Death to Khamenei!” referring to Iranian regime Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, and “Hail to Rajavi!” also referring to Iranian opposition President Maryam Rajavi, head of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).
“Uprising will continue until the regime’s overthrow. Hail to Rajavi.”
It is worth noting that any support for the PMOI inside Iran is considered punishable by death by the mullahs’ judiciary. Back in June 2014, Gholamreza Khosravi, an MEK supporter, was arrested and executed merely for sending a small financial donation to a satellite TV network affiliated to the PMOI/MEK. “Gholamreza Khosravi Savadjani was arrested in 2008 in Rafsanjan, Kerman Province, in connection with his alleged support of the pro-PMOI (People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran) TV station Sima-ye Azadi (Voice of Freedom),” according to Amnesty International.
