In response to the torture and abuse of political prisoners transferred from Evin Prison and the inhumane conditions in Fashafuyeh and Qarchak prisons, Iran’s rebellious youth carried out fiery attacks against the regime’s organs and symbols of repression in the cities of Mashhad, Isfahan, Urmia, Qazvin, Gorgan, Neyshabur, Farsan (Fars province), Sepidan (Fars province), Azadshahr, Takestan, Khash, Chabahar, Dezful, and Gatvand (Khuzestan province).
On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, while the regime’s suppressive forces were on high alert, and the IRGC, Ministry of Intelligence, and Basij militia ambushed youths and rebels with arrests and round-the-clock checkpoints, the heroic rebellious youth dealt 15 fiery blows to the regime, attacking symbols of repression and suffocation as follows:
- Three incendiary attacks against the office of the Khomeini foundation in Gatvand, Khuzestan province, which loots national wealth for the regime’s terrorist purposes
- Incendiary attack at the 110th Battalion of the IRGC in Sepidan, Fars province
- Attacking an IRGC Basij base in Farsan, Fars province
- Setting fire to the office of Khamenei’s representative in Takestan
- Setting fire to a banner of Khamenei on a bridge in Karaj
- Setting fire to a banner of Khamenei on a bridge in Qazvin
- Setting fire to an IRGC Basij base in Isfahan

Thus, the pioneering rebellious youth, through fiery strikes against the institutions and organs of suppression and repression, lit the guiding beacon of “Fire” in response to the regime of torture and execution, showing the way for the oppressed people and rebellious youth of Iran.
Last week, on June 23, 2025, regime authorities forcibly and hastily transferred prisoners from Wards 4, 7, and 8 of Evin Prison to the Greater Tehran Penitentiary (Fashafuyeh) in 20 buses, and moved female prisoners to the notorious Qarchak Prison.
According to a report by the social headquarters of the Mojahedin (PMOI/MEK) inside Iran, a total of about 2,000 prisoners were transferred from Evin to Fashafuyeh. Food shortage is a serious and urgent problem for the prisoners. On the first day, they were given a meager lunch in a plastic bag without a spoon. Another serious problem is the overcrowding of cells, with about 40 people forcibly crammed into one room. Another very distressing issue is the lack of toilets and sinks, to the extent that 80 people must share a single toilet and sink.
The PMOI/MEK spokesperson warned the wardens and henchmen of Fashafuyeh and Qarchak prisons: “A day will come when, like the Shah, you will be forced to invite the Red Cross or the United Nations to visit your prisons, and on that day, nothing will remain hidden.” The spokesperson noted that the inhumane treatment of prisoners, especially political prisoners and particularly the women in the horrific Qarchak Prison in Varamin, will ultimately face severe and relentless punishment.
