At a session of the Iranian regime's Majlis (Parliament) on November 5, the regime's Foreign Minister Javad Zarif was put on the spot by a lawmaker over secret annexes to the nuclear deal (JCPOA). In response, he plainly announced that everything is carried out with the full knowledge and approval of the regime’s President Hassan Rouhani and Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
Zarif said: "We are not a system with rogue actors. … We cannot do anything in this country without filing a report. … It is not true to say that we wanted to act contrary to the wishes of the Supreme Leader."
Following the terror plots by the Iranian regime's Intelligence Ministry in Albania, France, the US and Denmark, the regime's supporters have tried to cover up government involvement and to evade responsibility for Khamenei and Rouhani by suggesting that vague rogue actors were to blame. The clear and plain remarks by the regime's Foreign Minister outright casts aside the claims that there are rogue operations unbeknown to Khamenei and Rouhani.
