Iran, July 2, 2019 – In Tehran, a group of delivery truck drivers gathered on Sunday in front of the capital’s city council, protesting high costs of implementing new traffic plans that are being enforced by city authorities.
In Tabriz, northwestern Iran, a number of vendors protested harassment by authorities preventing them from trying to sell their products. These vendors are trying desperately to make the ends meet. They gathered in front of local governors’ office adjacent to the Tabriz Grand Bazaar.
In Karaj, northwest of Tehran, plundered depositors gathered near the main mosque protesting the fact that city authorities are neglecting their demands. They are specifically criticizing authorities of the Alborz Organization of Industry, Mine and Trade. These plundered depositors have paid money to receive their vehicle from the Azin-Khodrow car company to receive their vehicle. However, despite repeated efforts to have their money returned ended in failure.
