John Baird, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, addressed the largest Iranian opposition gathering in Villepinte, France, in June 2018, where he stressed that the policy of appeasing Iran’s mullahs has failed and it is time for regime change in Iran.
“Appeasement has failed. The people of Iran want change. We join with the people of Iran to tell the mullahs that it’s time for change, it’s time to end the corruption. It’s time for the mullahs to go,” Baird said.
