Hezbollah & Iran’s IRGC are interrelated, says senior force commander

Amir Ali Hajizadeh, commander of the Revolutionary Guards Air & Space Force, described the Lebanese Hezbollah and Iran’s IRGC as interrelated forces.
“Hezbollah and the IRGC are like two connected containers, and this itself is the necessary message to the Americans,” he said.
“Defense and national security issues are not at all up for talks; no individual can enter such issues at all, and on behalf of the IRGC and all armed forces I announce that the executive and legislative branches should do their duties and not be worried over defense issues,” he said in reference to the Rafsanjani-Rouhani faction.
“Today, we are designing our weaponry according to our needs. Today, the country is in need of 2,000 km range missiles,” he added.
