PMOI/MEK spokesperson: Iran solution is firm policy, regime overthrow

Iran, June 13, 2019 – Broadcasting long news reports of attacks on two oil tankers by the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), alongside Iran’s Foreign Ministry expressing concerns and denying Tehran’s role in these attacks, are two sides of the same coin for the mullahs’ regime.

Knowing the U.S. does not want war, Iranian regime Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei is continuing his terrorism and warmongering. Peace and tranquility will not return to the region without a firm policy and this regime’s overthrow. Mediation by Japan and others with the regime will bear no results.

Human rights and the Iranian people’s right to sovereignty must not be violated by the mullahs’ regime and neglected by any other country or government.

All parties pushing a narrative of doubt regarding war crimes by the mullahs’ regime are willingly or unwillingly aiding this regime. They are either sharing mutual interests with the mullahs, succumbing to their threats or have been deceived by Tehran.

However, with 40 years of experience, the Iranian people are fully aware of the tactics used by the mullahs and their affiliates. Iranian regime Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is the showcase piece of Khamenei and IRGC Quds Force chief Qassem Soleimani. Zarif has specifically said there are no measures in this regime without Khamenei’s approval.

Whitewashing the regime’s attacks on oil tankers under any pretext is tantamount to downgrading the terrorist bombing plot against the 2018 Iranian opposition rally in Paris.

Furthermore, portraying these crimes as measures by a certain faction of this regime and against another faction’s interests is tantamount to participating in the mullahs’ crimes and deceptive campaign.
