Iran, Feb. 9, 2019 – The latest report of measures carried out by members of “Resistance Units,” a network inside Iran associated directly to the Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), commemorating senior members killed back in the early 1980s by the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC).
A resistance unit member put posters of these PMOI/MEK martyrs in various parts of Tehran, the Iranian capital, along with various signs marking the day of the IRGC attack on February 8, 1982. The resistance unit members were also heard chanting “Hail to Rajavi,” in reference to Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi and opposition President Maryam Rajavi, head of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).
In Kermanshah, western Iran, a resistance unit member took to graffiti to write, “Hail to Rajavi,” and sent a message saying, “It is time for the world to recognize our organized resistance and the strong alternative we propose.”
Members of a resistance unit in Saveh, southwest of Tehran in central Iran, put up posters of Massoud and Maryam Rajavi throughout the city.
In Shiraz, south-central Iran, members of Resistance Unit 444 put up various posters in numerous parts of the city commemorating fallen PMOI/MEK heroes.
