36 U.S. Congressmen Asked the Government to plan action against Iran’s Terrorist activities in Latin American Countries

36 U.S. congressmen from both democrats and republican parties, in a resolution, asked the U.S. government to take essential measures to stop the activities of terrorist organizations of the Iranian regime and its agents in the Latin American countries.
the resolution of the U.S. Congress that was prepared by Ron Klein and enjoys the support of 36 democrats and republican legislators, expresses extreme concern regarding the consequences of increasing relations between Ahmadinejad’s government with some Latin American countries including Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, Daniel Ortega in Nicaragua and Rafael Correa in Equator. In this resolution the Iranian regime’s decision for reopening its embassy in Chile, Equator, Nicaragua, Uruguay, and dispatching a special envoy to Bolivia are among US legislators’ concerns considering the reports on the activities of extraterritorial branches of Iranian regime’s intelligence services in these embassies and the announcement of a $2 billion joint investment by Tehran and Caracas in other Latin American countries.
