Iran, Esfahan, April 11, 2018 – Farmers and residents of the city of Esfahan, in central Iran, started their demonstrations another day, on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.
Despite police high alert in Esfahan, farmers had gathered in the Khoorasgan main square, on Tuesday, and then began their march. They chanted: “We will gain our fair share of water, even if we die.” And “If there is no water, the apocalypse will come tomorrow.”
