Orient Net, 6 April 2018-- More than 100.000 Syrians live among ruins in basements and shelters in eastern Ghouta’s Douma near Damascus.  Despite the urgent plans of Assad regime, Iran and their allies to displace Syrians, to implement the demographic change project, Orient News correspondent says the batches of IDPs were halted.

Other sources said a fourth batch of the injured was supposed to leave  through the regime al-Wafideen checkpoint to Aleppo. But it came back after the meeting ended between tribal elders of Douma along with some Jaysh al-Islam leaders on one side and Russians on the other.

The results and minutes of the meeting were not disclosed.

Three batches of the IDPs reached in the city of Al-Bab in the last few days.

2000 civilian injured and serious conditions were among the displaced which came after a deal, which the local council of Douma spoke about without elaboration.

The Douma negotiations are shrouded with obscurity.

These Douma’s vague circumstances were not witnessed in the middle sector of the Ghouta where dozens of thousands were displaced.

Experts say the difference in talks of Douma is due to strong cards in the hands of Jaysh al-slam.

All regime infiltrators were crack downed to discard any Basssam Defedah scenarios, the man who played a major role in handing over Ghouta cities like Hamoriyya, Saeqeba and Erbin to the regime.

Locals say any intelligence infiltration attempt seems to be impossible in Douma.

Threats by the regime and its Russian ally to storm the city from fours axes and destroying it on heads of its people seem to be a continuation of the Kneel or Leave policy pursued by the regime.

The obscurity and these rounds of talks coincide international sides’ role to come up with a deal to finally settle the file of the city.
