Pro-Assad militias open fire on Ghouta IDPs convoy

Orient News, April 1, 2018 – Several civilians, including women and children, were wounded on Saturday March 31 as Assad regime militias opened fire against the busses transporting displaced people from eastern Ghouta’s central pocket to opposition-held areas in northern Syria.
Orient News correspondent said that several children were wounded, and a woman lost conscious as two trucks transporting the forcibly displaced Ghouta people were targeted by regime militants who opened fire and threw stones on the convoy while passing through Tartous and Sqelbiyah, two regime-controlled areas. 
The busses windows were broken when arrived at Qalaat Al-Madiq in Hama, the first opposition-held area the convoy entered, our correspondent reported.
Displaced people said that several children were wounded as pro-regime militias targeted their convoy with stones on Friday (March 30).
