Orient Net, March, 20, 2018— Assad regime renewed assault on eastern Ghouta’s towns and cities today (March 20), with shelling concentrated in Douma, Erbin and Ain Tarma, killing and wounding several civilians, including children.
Orient News correspondent said regime militias and Russian air jets have resumed shelling in Douma city since early morning, targeting the city with cluster bombs and dropping barrel-bombs, killing and wounding dozens.
Airstrikes in Ain Tarma killed 3 people and wounded many others as 8 strikes with cluster bombs and another one with inflammable napalm hit the city.
In Erbin, 3 civilians, including 2 children, were killed from the ongoing airstrikes against the city, according to Syria Civil Defense twitter account.
Regime militias have splintered eastern Ghouta into three separate zones in one of the deadliest offensives of the war, killing more than 1,400 people in eastern Ghouta since last month.
