Iran: Taking fingerprints and written oaths from Bushehr and Alborz students not to participate in the Fire Festival

Iran, March 12, 2018 – The Iranian Mullahs’ regime, fearful of active participation by the youth and students in a potential Fire Festival uprising, announced that it has started a “No to Fire Festival” campaign in the city of Bushehr, south of Iran.
In this preposterous show, students were forced to submit a written oath with their finger prints on it, vowing not to participate in the Fire Festivals.
The Iranian regime also forced students in more than 2000 schools in the province of Alborz, north of the capital, Tehran, to sign an oath paper and make a commitment not to use firecrackers and fireworks during the Fire Festival ceremonies.
Needless to say, these measures clearly display the Mullahs’ fear of this year’s Fire Festival turning into another general uprising against the regime as a whole.
