Iran Uprising – No. 64
As stated in the statement No. 63, in the evening of Thursday February 1, various cities of the country witnessed demonstrations and clashes between people and repressive forces.
In Ahvaz, the brave youth in the Shohada square and the fish market chanted the slogans of death to Khamenei, death to the dictator, and noble Iranian, support, support. The guards shot to disperse the people.
In Tehran, in the Daneshjou park, people were defending themselves by throwing stones against the mercenaries’ attack. The agents of the repressive forces arrested a number of protesters.
On Tehran’s Parkway Street, a group of people chanted slogans against Rouhani, the clerical regime President.
In the Azadi Square of Kermanshah, people rallied with the slogans of the death of Khamenei, death to the dictator, and noble Iranian, support, support. The mercenary plainclothes arrested a boy and two young girls. The repressive force did not even allow people to use cell phones.
In Boroujerd, young people burned Khomeini’s picture in the Khomeini square.
The brave youth of Bojnourd burned the image of torturer of the Iranian people, Khamenei.
In Meshkinshahr, the people and the brave youth in Abuzar Street protested with the slogan “Death to the dictator”.
In Mashhad, people clashed widely with the regime’s mercenaries.
In Maragheh, people’s gathering began from Toloue Fajr intersection. Following the police raid, people confronted them.
In various cities, the people with burning Khomeini’s pictures, the buried leader of the Velayat-e faqih, expressed their hatred of this savage and corrupt dictatorship in the 40th year of the occupation of the regime in Iran.
Following the expansion of the slogan “Death to Khamenei” on the walls and streets of the cities, the Revolutionary Guards threatened the owners of paint shops that they would not be allowed to sell spray paint without getting a national number.
