Video; President Obama has already voted 31 days before the election

AFP, 8 Oct. 2016 – Early voting has started in several states and President Obama has cast his ballot in his home state of Illinois.
The District of Columbia and 36 states allow for early voting and four years ago over 40 million Americans took advantage of it – casting their ballot long before Election Day.
