Iran regime transferred a political prisoner to a detention center in harsh climate

Mithagh Yazdan-nezhad, a college student studying Language in Payam-e Nour University who is also a political prisoner detained in ward 2A of the Revolutionary Guards in Evin Prison, was exiled to Semnan Prison in northern Iran on February 29. This transfer was carried out on the ninth year of his detention.
Yazdan-nezhad was transferred to ward 2A in Evin Prison on October 26. This prisoner had been first arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence (MOIS/VEVAK) on 10 September 2007 and sentenced to 13 years behind bars for taking part in a ceremony marking the 19th anniversary of the 1988 massacre of political prisoners.
