The health and physical appearance of Mohammad Ali Taheri, a prisoner of conscious in the mullahs’ notorious Evin Prison was reported as severely deteriorated as he has vowed to continue his dry hunger strike. His kidneys and heart are said to be in dire conditions and he is said to lose conscious at times.
State agents are stonewalling his transfer to a medical center. On February 22 they also prevented lawyers from visiting this political prisoner.
