Saudis and Tunisians sign trade and finance deals

Riyadh, Saudi Gazette, 23 December 2015 – Saudi Arabia and Tunisia signed a memorandum of understanding and three agreements in Riyadh on Tuesday in the presence of Saudi King Salman and Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi.
A memorandum of understanding and an agreement in the field of civil protection and civil defense were co-signed by Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Naif, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; and Tunisian Minister of National Defense Farhat Horchani.
An agreement between the Saudi Fund for Development and the Tunisian Ministry of Development, Investment and International Cooperation to finance the construction of a power station in Tunisia was co-signed by Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf and Tunisian Minister of Finance Salim Shaker.
A cooperation agreement to regulate transport of persons and goods by roads was co-signed by Minister of Transport Eng. Abdullah Al-Muqbil and Tunisian Minister of Finance Salim Shaker.
