Based on international laws regarding passenger airliners crashing, this delegation cannot accuse any party, and therefore the new report does not contain any names behind this incident.
Despite all this, just hours prior to the official Dutch report the Prime Minister of Ukraine on Tuesday that once again Russian security force shot down this plane, Reuters reported.
According to this senior Ukrainian official, separatists in the country’s east do not have the knowledge or ability to use Russian Buk missiles.
All 298 passengers lost their lives as the plane crashed last year. Most of the victims were from the Netherlands.
