Shocking figures from Iran: one third of homeless people in Isfahan are women + images

Under the despicable mullahs’ rule in Iran, the number of homeless women sleeping on the streets is escalating by the day.
“One third of all homeless people sleeping in the streets in Isfahan are women,” said an official in Isfahan Province citing recent statistics.

“We must take into consideration that the subject that has tarnished the image of the city of Isfahan during the past few days is the presence of homeless people sleeping in the streets, which are increasing in numbers every day. During the past few years most of the homeless people sleeping on the streets in Isfahan were men. But today, the number of such women have been dramatically increasing during the past few months,” said Marzieh Farshad.

“According to recent statistics issued by the Department of Women and Family Affairs in the country’s presidency, 5,000 of the 15,000 homeless people sleeping on the streets in Iran are women, and such a ratio also applies in Isfahan Province,” she continued. Drug addicts using syringes comprise of the highest number of homeless women.
