Iran: water shortage crisis in Kermanshah villages

According to reports received from Kermanshah, western Iran, various villages in this area have during the past 60 days have only had three tankers of drinking water delivered to them. 80 to 90 families live in such villages and they are facing major shortages, especially in the scorching summer heat.
A regime official has said only those owning tractors can go to far away fountains to bring water, while such water is insanitary and unsafe for these people.
It is worth noting that under Rouhani’s watch the water crisis is not only limited to Kermanshah Province. In the month of June, in addition to Kermanshah the provinces of Ilam, Southern Khorasan, Khuzestan, Zanjan, Sistan & Baluchistan, Ghazvin, Kerman, Yazd, Kohguyilave & Boyer Ahmad are all suffering from serious water shortages.
