Based on a report received, laid-off workers at Mobin and Jam Petrochemical plants went on strike on Wednesday April 29 demanding to be reinstated back to their jobs. The plants are located in the southern part of Iran.
Two day before a group of Jam Petrochemical Plant workers had been fired. These workers were demanding to be paid before they leave, but the plant authorities, which are part of government sponsored activity, have been denying the workers demand and ignoring them.
