New York, U.N: Exhibition of shocking pictures of tortures in Syria

Britain, France, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the U.S have staged an exhibition of horrific and shocking pictures of tortures in Syria at the U.N. headquarters in New York. These pictures have been put on exhibition at the UN while the war in Syria is entering its fifth year with hundreds of thousands of people killed and wounded. The photos have been taken by a former Syrian military police photographer and are the proof that barbaric tortures by Assad’s regime are perpetrated inside Syrian prisons. In this exhibition, dozens of out of 55 000 photographs put on display, shows the scenes of gouging eyes, suffocating, and starving for long periods of time.
