In Ukraine, there are promising new signs as ceasefire maybe having an effect. President Petro Poroshenko confirmed 139 Ukrainian soldiers were released in a prisoner swap with pro-Russian rebel Saturday. The exchange of captives was one of the major points in the Minsk truce agreement. Russian State media says 52 of the pro-Russian separatists were freed as well.
