Sunni school of theology was demolished in souteastern Iranian city of Zabol

NCRI – In an unprecedented move, the mullahs’ inhuman regime leveled Abu Hanifa Sunni School of Theology on August 27, using bulldozers and other heavy building machinery in Azimabad, a suburb of the city of Zabol in the southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan.
The school belonged to Sunni Muslims who are brutally suppressed by the Iranian regime since the early days of the clerical rule.
The school belonged to Sunni Muslims who are brutally suppressed by the Iranian regime since the early days of the clerical rule.
The State Security Forces (SSF) – mullahs’ suppressive police — demolition units arrived at the school in the early morning hours and leveled all the buildings including a few mobile homes used by the summer students as sleeping quarters.
The SSF units also brought down a few donated houses by local residents providing much needed class rooms.
Despite the mullahs hypocritical claim that they respect the Sunni followers of Islam when it comes to suppressing popular protests they are no different from the rest of the Iranian people.
In past few years, people of Sistan and Baluchestan province have been subjected to the most brutal suppression. Many hangings have taken place in the impoverished cities of Zahedan, Iran-Shahr, Sarbaz and other small towns along the sprawling southern Iranian desert.
