Tehran’s tiniest homeless person

Streets of Iran’s capital, Tehran hosts more than 15000 homeless who sleep in the streets on cardboard cartons.
Bed no. 1, room 16 of a crowded Tehran hospital is hosting this little abandoned baby who in his short few weeks of life has experienced a great deal of hardship. He was born on the streets by other homeless people, a boy who was once in his mum’s arms is now in a hospital bed waiting to be examined for AIDS or other infectious diseases. He has seen so many different people around him that he doesn’t feel stranger anymore. The hospital has assigned another homeless and young nurse who probably realizes his situation pretty well. His nurse has also been an orphan and has suffered very much the hardship of living under the rule of tyrannical mullahs. They understand each-others’ language and probably have a lot to talk
