Iran: 20 Sunni Moslems have been detained in Mahabad

The Iranian regime has detained 20 Sunni Moslem citizens of Mahabad city, west of Iran, on the day that coincided with Eid al Adha, or the feast of sacrifice. These prisoners have been transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to human rights activists the state security forces on the day of Eid al-Adha raided homes of Sunni Moslems in this city rounding up more than 20 people and confiscating their personal belongings. They were transferred to an undisclosed location. 3 of the detainees are identified as “Salar Saiedi, Shooresh Aieneh and Mohammad Modarresi.”
The reason for the arrest and detention is not given. The State Security forces had broken the doors and climbed up the walls in order to make these arrests.
