Maryam Rajavi’s Condolence on the passing of Simin Behbahani

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, offered her condolences on the passing of Simin Behbahani, one of Iran’s preeminent poets.  Mrs. Rajavi noted that the beloved artist was one of the nation’s most creative and innovative lyric writers and one of the outstanding treasures of Iranian poetry.
Mrs. Rajavi extended her personal sympathy as well as that of all members of the Resistance to Ms. Behbahani’s family, as well as to the countless admirers of her poetry.
