Iran: pol prisoner chained in hospital on 45th day of hunger strike

Political prisoner Reza Shahabi surpassed his 45th day of hunger strike on Tuesday, July 15th, while being handcuffed to a hospital bed in Tehran. He is still suffering from severe physical fatigue. Based on reports received from inside Iran, Ministry of Intelligence agents have informed his family they are not allowed to have any visits with him. The regime agents are also preventing doctors from conducting surgery on this political prisoner.
