An inmate in Bandar Abbas Prison by the name of Mostafa Nosratai, 32, lost his life on Thursday, July 3rd, due to lack of medical care.
He suffered a seriously broken hip bone after falling from the prison’s second story on Monday, June 30th. Despite being in intense pain, the prison authorities refused to send him to a hospital as a means of punishment. Finally, on Thursday, July 3rd, he was transferred to a hospital but he lost his life on that very night due to internal bleeding. His body was transferred to his family on the next day.
