Al Jazeera.net: Iran executed Gholamreza Khosravi neglecting Amnesty calls

Iranian regime authorities executed political prisoner Gholamreza Khosravi for supporting the PMOI, Al Jazeera.net reported.
This execution was carried out while Amnesty International had called on the Iranian regime to stop this particular hanging.
Human rights organizations said Iran has the highest number of executions per capita in comparison to other countries. As United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said in March, the average number of executions since Hassan Rouhani came to power last year has increased.
