23 Senators to Obama: stop Iran from getting A-bomb

Twenty three US Senators issued a letter to President Barack Obama calling on him to take firm action against Iran’s nuclear program. These senators, most of whom are from the Democratic Party, wrote Iran must be stopped from obtaining nuclear weapons.
Last week 395 of the 435-member US House of Representatives sent a similar letter to Obama saying Iran must not obtain nuclear capability to build a bomb or have the opportunity to purchase such a bomb.
A number of US Congressman have been pressuring Obama for months to increase the sanctions on Iran and stand firm against this regime’s nuclear program.
