Iran: Fire Festival Ceremonies are spreading throughout the country

Report at 1755 local time – The Suppressive State Security Guards fearing the wide spread of the demonstration on the occasion of Fire Festival have closed a number of streets to the public.
Tabriz:
At 1730 local time Tuesday, the youth gathered to start the fire festival by exploding fire crackers and bonfires on major streets i.e. Golkar and Vali-e-Asr Blvd.
Bandar Abbas:
At 1745 local time in the “22nd of Bahman” district dozens of youths gathered to celebrate the feast of fire cracking fire crackers and bonfires ignoring the authority’s threats and bans.
The government troops are out in the streets trying to enforce a ban on holding the last Wednesday of the year ceremony.
