Foreign ministers of the six-member Gulf Cooperation Council issued a statement at the end of their session condemning the Iranian regime’s meddling in Iraq and council member states.
This council emphasized “our permanent position on the fact that relations with Iran must be based on the principles and standards and good neighborliness, not interfering in the affairs of the Gulf Cooperation Council states, respecting the sovereignty of regional countries and avoiding the use of force or threats”.
