$25 mil embezzlement in Rouhani Government

The Keyhan newspaper, affiliated to Khamenei, revealed a $25 million embezzlement case of Rouhani’s Minister of Islamic Culture and Guidance (Ershad). “Recently, a document has been published that shows the Ershad minister has in only one occasion, paid $25 million on 24 December 2013 to the Iran daily newspaper, and the document is signed by the Ershad minister”, Keyhan wrote.
This amount was paid from the budget that the parliament had allocated for the aid of non-government Medias, Keyhan reported. However, the Iran daily, which the amount has been paid to, is an official state newspaper.
