40 thousand Iraqi children suffer malnutrition

UNICEF announced that some 40 thousand children in the Iraqi province of Al Anbar have become homeless due to the dire security conditions. This organization said that a number of the children have died or been injured in the bombardments of cities or clashes between Iraqi forces and armed groups. Mario Babeli, UNICEF Representative in Baghdad said that the UN is talking with the Iraqi Government to provide safe passages to reach the children and help them.
