Iran: people protest increasing insecurity & complicity of regime police

Tehran:  Based on reports obtained from inside Iran during the past week there have been over 10 accounts of auto, store and home thefts reported in Tehran’s Kan district, while the regime’s police do nothing to protect people’s property.
A group of people gathered outside a police station in this district on January 22nd protesting the insecure conditions and complicity of police officers with the burglars.
