Will the Nuclear deal halt Iran making nuclear weapons?

Extracted from Gazettextra.com – January 22, 2014
Following the implementation of the nuclear deal between world power and Iran, different arguments have been raised by political experts in the world Medias.
Gazettextra echoing some of these views wrote:
Barack Obama’s Middle East “policy” is an unmitigated disaster and will result in Iran having nuclear weapons. Obama caved in to the Iranians. Obama is selling Americans something quite different than what the Iranians believe is in the agreement.
Iran’s chief negotiator, Abbas Araqchi, disclosed the existence of an unreleased document that contains key elements of the new nuclear agreement with Iran. The document deals with such important details as the operation of a joint commission to oversee how the deal is implemented and Iran’s right to continue nuclear research and development, he said.
Just like “If you like your plan, you can keep it,” Obama wants us to believe this deal will prevent Iran from developing a nuclear weapon. To the contrary, Araqchi said the program will have wide latitude. “No facility will be closed; enrichment will continue, and qualitative and nuclear research will be expanded,” he said. “All research into a new generation of centrifuges will continue.”
