UK Foreign Ministry: Iran has failed on human rights

The United Kingdom announced Iran has failed in implementing promised human rights reforms. The UK Foreign Ministry issued a report announcing there has been no substantial improvement in human rights conditions in Iran between October and December 2013. Iran continues positive remarks in the public on human rights, but there is no sign of characteristic change in human rights, including the rights of religious minorities and ethnic groups, reporters and human rights activists, prisoners and women, the report says.
